Abstract
68 years old male, previously smoker, is admitted to the Internal Medicine ward due to muscle weakness, dysphagia and erythematous skin lesions. The weakness is accompanied by asthenia without infectious symptoms. Various differential diagnoses are ruled out by performing various complementary tests. Finally, a diagnosis is made.
